Categories sold or shared

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Right to Know

You may request, twice in a 12-month period, that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. Submit a request via /privacy/request.

Right to Delete

You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (security, legal obligations, completion of a transaction). Submit a request via /privacy/request.

Right to Correct

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct, given the nature of the information and the purposes of processing.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

Even though we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may still exercise your opt-out right at Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

Under CPRA, you may direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to purposes specified in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121. We do not use sensitive personal information beyond these permitted purposes.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality.

Authorized Agent submissions

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of your written authorization. We may also require you to verify your own identity directly.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When your browser transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request from sale or sharing for that browser, where applicable.
