Consumer health data (Washington & Nevada)
If you are a resident of Washington or Nevada, or your consumer health data is collected there, the Washington My Health My Data Act and the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law give you additional rights. “Consumer health data” is information linked to you that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health.
What we collect and why. Only if you turn on the Health feature (off by default), NatureOS reads metrics from Android Health Connect or Apple HealthKit (heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep, steps, distance, active calories, and VO2 max) to give the Agent context about your activity and recovery.
Who we share it with. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers needed to deliver the feature, under data-processing agreements that bar them from using it for their own purposes: our hosting and database providers (which store it) and — when the Agent retrieves your health data to answer you — the AI model provider that generates the response (and, in a voice conversation, our voice provider ElevenLabs). We do not share it with affiliates for unrelated purposes.
Your rights. You may (a) confirm whether we collect or process your consumer health data and access it; (b) withdraw consent at any time by disabling Health in Settings or in Android Health Connect / Apple HealthKit; and (c) request deletion of your consumer health data and the associated tinyPeople memories — we will pass valid deletion requests to the service providers that hold the data.
How and when. Submit a request using the form below or at ops@natura.inc. We respond within 45 days (extendable once where permitted by law). If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
