At Natura, transparency is fundamental to our mission. This page explains how our AI-powered personal agents (tinyPeople) work, what they can and cannot do, and what you should know when interacting with them.

01

tinyPeople Are AI Agents

tinyPeople are artificial intelligence agents powered by machine-learning models. They are not human. When you interact with a tinyPerson through WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, or the NatureOS application, you are communicating with an AI system.

While tinyPeople are designed to emulate natural conversation, develop personalized memories, and exhibit distinct personalities, they are software programs. Not people.

02

How tinyPeople Generate Responses

tinyPeople generate responses using large language models (LLMs) and other machine-learning techniques. These models process your messages and conversational context to produce text-based responses in real time.

Key characteristics of AI-generated responses:

  • Responses are probabilistic, not deterministic. tinyPeople generate responses based on patterns learned during training. They do not “know” facts in the way a human does.
  • Responses may contain inaccuracies. AI models can produce incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fabricated information (sometimes called “hallucinations”). You should independently verify any factual claims or recommendations.
  • Responses are not unique to you. Due to the nature of machine learning, the Service may generate the same or similar responses for different users.
  • Responses do not constitute professional advice. Specialized tinyPeople (such as fitness coaches, wellness advisors, travel guides, or personal assistants) provide general informational guidance only. Their responses are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other expert advice.
03

AI Models and Providers

Natura may use AI models from multiple providers to power tinyPeople, and we may change or update the underlying models at any time to improve the Service. We select models based on capability, safety, performance, and alignment with our values.

We do not disclose the specific models or providers used for competitive and security reasons, but we are committed to using models that align with responsible AI practices.

04

tinyPeople Memories

tinyPeople develop memories based on your conversations. These memories allow agents to provide more personalized and contextual assistance over time.

  • Memories are specific to each individual tinyPerson.
  • You retain full control over these memories and can review, edit, or permanently delete them at any time.
  • We do not use tinyPeople memories to train or fine-tune our AI models unless you expressly consent.
05

Data and Privacy in AI Processing

  • Transient processing only. Your messages are processed in real time to generate responses and are not retained after the response is delivered.
  • Encrypted in transit. All data transmitted through our Service, including messages to and from tinyPeople, is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
  • Your data is fully protected. We design every system with privacy at the foundation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
  • No data selling. We do not sell, share, or license your conversational data to any third party.

For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

06

Limitations of AI

You should be aware of the following inherent limitations of AI technology:

  • No understanding. tinyPeople do not truly understand your situation, emotions, or circumstances. They simulate understanding through pattern recognition.
  • No real-time awareness. Unless connected to external data sources through integrations you have enabled, tinyPeople do not have access to real-time information such as current news, market data, or live events.
  • Potential for bias. AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. We work to mitigate known biases, but we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be free from bias.
  • Not a substitute for human judgment. tinyPeople are tools designed to assist you. They should complement, not replace, your own judgment, especially for important decisions.
07

Health and Wellness Features

If you choose to enable health data or location data access through the NatureOS application (opt-in only), tinyPeople may reference this data when providing guidance. However:

  • Health-related responses from tinyPeople are general informational guidance only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • You should always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
  • Fitness and wellness recommendations are generic and may not be appropriate for your specific health conditions.
08

Safety and Content Moderation

We implement safety measures and content moderation practices to reduce the likelihood of harmful, inappropriate, or unsafe AI-generated content. However, no system is perfect. If you encounter content that concerns you, please report it to hello@natura.inc.

09

Your Responsibility

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on AI-generated output.
  • You should verify important information independently before relying on it.
  • tinyPeople responses should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.
  • Interaction with tinyPeople does not create any professional-client relationship (such as doctor-patient, attorney-client, or financial advisor-client).
10

Our Commitment

Natura is committed to the responsible development and deployment of AI. We continuously work to improve the safety, accuracy, and helpfulness of our agents while maintaining the highest standards of user privacy.
