Do Not Sell or ShareMy Personal Information.

Last Updated: May 11, 2026

This page is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the CCPA), which grants California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

Natura Inc Does Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

Natura Inc does not sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we have no plans to do so.

Natura Inc does not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of delivering personalized advertisements to you across websites, applications, or services.

What This Means for You

Because we do not sell or share personal information:

  • There is no need to submit an opt-out request. There is nothing to opt out of.
  • We do not maintain a “Do Not Sell or Share” signal processing mechanism because no sale or sharing occurs.
  • We do not use advertising or targeting cookies on our website.
  • We do not use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

How We Handle Your Data

Natura Inc operates a zero-storage architecture:

  • We do not maintain databases of user personal data, conversation logs, or browsing profiles.
  • All data transmitted through our Service is encrypted in transit.
  • Authentication is handled by Composio. We do not receive or store your credentials.
  • We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or license personal information to any third party for any purpose.
  • Health data and location data are only accessed if you affirmatively opt in through the NatureOS application, and are never sold or shared.

For full details on our data practices, please see our Privacy Policy.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We respect browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request under the CCPA. However, because we do not sell or share personal information, the practical effect of a GPC signal on our Service is neutral. No sale or sharing activity needs to be stopped.

Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:

  • Right to Know: Request disclosure of what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. (Not applicable. We do not sell or share.)
